Booking Terms & Conditions

Please take a moment to review the following policies before completing your booking.

Haircut Appointments:
No deposit is required. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Consultation Appointments:
The consultation fee is non-refundable. If you choose to proceed with a color service, a non-refundable booking deposit will be required to secure your appointment date.

Custom Color Services (Skræddersyet Behandling):
A 20% non-refundable booking deposit is required to confirm your appointment. Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours prior in order to retain your deposit. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
